We obviously aren’t willing to tell you who we are?
Otherwise that would defeat the point of an anonymous training site. But we are willing to tell you a little bit about ourselves.
Mike, Gavin, Indiana, Rosco and Phil
These are not our real names, and neither are they close to our real names, but the aliases we have decided to use to write under.
Mike our mobile garage expert, has been to finals of awards and has been running his own operations and schedules for a while. Finally started using CRM systems to create better customer relations and continually looking to improve the perception of the mobile mechanic.
Gavin an independent garage owner. Looking to help improve the operations of garages and the way they run. Having won multiple awards with his own garage. Wanting to pass on this wisdom, and help other garage owners on their journeys.
Indiana the only female on the team for now. Wanting to help garage owners with the admin and behind the scenes things that often get forgotten about. She’s been running her garage for years, and continues to strive for better.
Rosco our multi site independent garage owner, also award winning who wants to help improve garage owners business knowledge. Getting their garages to be what owners want them to be.
Phil owner and operator, who wants to assist garage owners, the individuals, and show them that they are not alone.
Hopefully this arrangement of individuals increases as we move forward. If you feel like you’ve got something you can add, please feel free to get in contact. We will be looking for regular contributors and one of contributions. We want this to be a site for the industry, we are not here to gate keep information.
If you’ve got something to share, let us know.
Yours humbly,
Phil, Rosco, Indiana, Gavin and Mike
